Terms of Sale

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Ornardo Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17459993 (“we”), which publishes TurnTab. By buying a license, unlocking TurnTab or using it, you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

What you’re buying

A lifetime license for TurnTab for Mac, for a one-off price (shown at checkout; $6.99 in the US). It’s personal and non-transferable, and unlocks TurnTab on up to 2 Macs you own or control at the same time. You can move it by deactivating a Mac in TurnTab → Settings → License. Updates are included for as long as we publish them. There’s no subscription.

What TurnTab needs

macOS 14 Sonoma or later, and headphones with head tracking for Spatial Audio connected to the Mac (AirPods Pro, AirPods 3 and 4, AirPods Max, and supported Beats). Please check this before buying; you can download TurnTab and watch it track your head before you unlock it. TurnTab checks in with our server when it can; it keeps working offline for at least 60 days at a time.

Refunds

If TurnTab isn’t for you, email support@ornardo.com within 7 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. When we refund (or a payment is disputed), the license stops working at its next check-in. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Using TurnTab

Don’t copy, resell, share keys publicly, or modify or reverse engineer TurnTab to get around its license, except where the law allows it. TurnTab changes which app is in front, can hide or minimise other apps, press keys and run Shortcuts you set up; you’re responsible for the actions you configure. Don’t rely on the edge blur as a security control.

Liability

We provide TurnTab with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or business, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you’re a consumer elsewhere you keep the protections of your local law.

TurnTab is an independent product, not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple. AirPods, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
